Importing page.aspx.resx and page.aspx.en-US.resx

description

Resource Blender treats page.aspx.resx and page.aspx.en-US.resx files in a weird way, creating language "aspx" and aspx-en-US.resx.
The bundle "page" is created.

This is a special case for ASPNET applications. The bundle "page.aspx" should be created one in default language (or imported to existing one in default language) and language en-US if does not exist.

I can fix this bug, but I really would like the test project to be added to the source code first.
